DESIGN CONSULTATION

Discussing your vision, styling ideas and design requirement with you allows us to find out what your personal tastes are, what the space is going to be used for and what budget you are working with. We then retreat to prepare detailed mood-boards displaying our instincts on color schemes, materials and furniture styles to suit your vision. According to your specification, ideas, scope of work and detailed layout plans can be provided.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Studio Liger Belair is a build-coordination company so we provide a trusted team of highly skilled craftsmen, who combine efficiency with detailed precision, to ensure that the work being undertaken is completed to the highest standards. If you prefer working with your own team of craftsmen, we are on hand to supervise them also. Whether you need us throughout the full duration of the project, or for selected phases, we are on hand to organize your project.

SOURCING

We have developed strong relationship with suppliers, both in France and the UK, to ensure that we source the very best appliances, fittings, materials and furniture for your home. Over the years, we have discovered wonderful furniture designers, shops and craftsmen who offer beautiful, unique products or bespoke pieces- whether that be vintage pieces or the latest trends. Quotes, orders and deliveries can be organised by our team.

Property Styling and Home Staging can help you to increase the value of your property in the sales and rental market. By following the changing tastes of the property market, we understand what makes your property desirable and can suggest simple ways to refresh and update your home.
